All services, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms, will be detailed in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

2. Payment & Timelines

Fees are due as specified in the SOW. The client is responsible for approved third-party platform costs. Project timelines are estimates and are dependent on timely client feedback.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared information as confidential, including strategies, business data, and performance metrics.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any consequential damages, such as lost profits.
